"Beth is an ACTION focused coach and trainer empowering people to achieve beyond what they ever dreamed possible."

Beth’s adventure in real estate began in 1997 during her move to Nashville, when her Realtor offered to pay for her pre-licensing classes as part of her role as his administrative assistant.  It didn’t take long for her to excel in the industry, and by 1999 she was a solo producing agent at a traditional real estate company.

In late 2001, Beth was introduced to the Keller Williams concept.  Immediately, she knew that this was the company whose values aligned with hers. She accepted the challenge of being part of the core group that pioneered the very first Tennessee Keller Williams office.  After a successful launch in Brentwood, she turned her attention to the opening of the KW office in neighboring Franklin and became one of the owner/investor partners.

"I came to the place in my life that I realized it would be more satisfying to me to help others build their careers than to sell real estate."~ Beth

Two years later, she moved into the role of Career Development Director for this highly successful office.  It was here that she honed her exceptional training, recruiting and coaching skills.  During her tenure, the office had unprecedented growth and profitability.

As a KWU Local Black Belt Trainer, Beth coordinated the Market Center training calendar, developing comprehensive new agent curriculum that preceded Camp 443. In addition she taught courses including:

  • Business Planning Workshops
  • Camp 443
  • Success Series
  • Effective Contract writing
  • Time Management with the 411
  • 36-12-3
  • Understanding the DISC test
  • Hands on technology and website building labs

Drawn to the use of technology tools as a foundation for business success, Beth began developing database systems that the market center used for recruiting and retention. These systems caught the attention of the MAPS coaching program, and in 2007 she joined MAPS as a Technology coach.

Today, Beth coaches both Team Leaders and Agents through the effective use of websites, databases, and social media tools for relationship building and lead generation. She holds investment in two Keller Williams Market Centers and one KW office building.
