Beth began her career in real estate in 1997 as an administrative assistant to a top producing agent at a traditional company. A year and a half later she branched out on her own and became a solo producing agent. "I was always drawn to the use of technology tools in my sales business", she says.
In late 2001, Beth was introduced to the Keller Williams concept and helped to start the very first KW office in Middle Tennessee, in Brentwood. After a successful launch in Brentwood, she turned her attention to the opening the KW office in neighboring Franklin TN and became one of the owner/investor partners, eventually gaining ownership in two Keller Williams Market Centers and one KW office building.
Two years later, she moved into the role of Career Development Director for this highly successful office. "I came to the place in my life that I realized that it would be more satisfying to me to help others build their careers than to sell real estate." Her role in the Market Center was to coach agents into full production and the office productivity began to rise. As a trainer, she has assisted hundreds of KW associates in the writing of an effective business plan and taught various courses including Camp 443, Success Series, DISC training, and Masterminds. She is an approved instructor for the Tennessee Association of Realtors.
A certified Promanage instructor, Beth trains the two day course "Your Business is your Database." The focus of the course is to help agents set up their marketing and prospecting campaigns thruough Top Producer and implement systems necessary to run a busy real estate practice.
As a technology coach for MAPS, her passion is coaching Keller Williams Team Leaders to maximum proficiency in the running of their Market Centers utilizing Top Producer as an effective recruiting tool and office management system.
Beth is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Mars Hill College in North Carolina where she earned a BA in Psychology and a BS in Business Administration and Management.
She and her husband, Marc, reside in Franklin, TN with their sons Marc and Mitchell. Daughter Amber lives in the metro Atlanta area. She is also known as "Mimi" to her grandchildren, Jackson and McKenna. She enjoys travel and photography. One of her life long dreams is to visit all seven of the natural wonders of the world...her idea of a "Life worth Living"
