The Maps Sales Simulator is an online aseessment tool that consists of 3 parts:

  • A video role play to assess the candidate's sales skills,
  • A cognitive ability test to assess trainability
  • a personality profile to measure key traits
Once the candidate completes the assessment, the Team Leader or Productivity Coach is sent a detailed report on the candidate's sales ability in 4 key areas: 
  • Building Rapport and acquiring information
  • Listening and Comprehension Skills
  • Managing the Sales Process
  • Closing Skills
